Ball Valves - Unique and Flexible Lip Seal for Valve Seat

The first contact part between the ball and the sealing ring is made into a cantilever lip, so as to create a buffer between the valve body and the sealing ring, which automatically compensates for the leakage caused by the wear of the valve seat, the change of temperature and pressure, and the plastic deformation, and improves the sealing performance and lifecycle.

Butterfly Valves - Lip Seal and Double Eccentric Design

Lip seal - The sealing seat of the PTFE lip seal flexes when it is closed, and it fits tightly with the outer edge of the butterfly plate in the spherical sector, ensuring a reliable seal. The valve body and inserts fasten the sealing seat in place and isolate their sealing surface from the medium to prevent corrosion.
Double eccentric design - The eccentric butterfly plate and the offset shaft ensure that when the valve is opened, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate quickly detaches from the sealing surface of the valve seat, so that there's only short contact, which prolongs the lifecycle of the valve and also maintains the tightness of the entire periphery of the butterfly plate.
